The task was to design a new functional interface for a smartwatch, focusing on the visibility and usability of such a small device. The concept revolves around the idea that a watch, always worn on the wrist, can be used as a tool for learning. Each day, the watch displays a new wallpaper image related to a historical event that occurred on the same date in the past. Users can learn about this event through the interface, which dynamically adapts to suit different types of images.

Hi ! My name is Charlotte Marquis, I’m from Switzerland, 18 years old, and studying graphic design in la Chaux-de-Fonds, since 2022.

I’m learning communication, typography, editorial design, visual identity, and a bit of 3D and animation. I’m constantly finding uncommun methods of expressing my creativity to keep my mind fresh. In my freetime you can find me playing music with trumpet and piano, learning more about graphic design, reading, and playing volleyball.

I am currently searching for an internship abroad, and I'm very excited about the idea, of being able to discover lots of new things, train in graphic design and meet new people.
